Yacht Crew Register, while based online, operates more like traditional agencies. And SuperyachtJobs.com is more of a job aggregator that will then funnel you over to the traditional agency that has posted the job—from there you must register with the respective agency to apply. Darcy will arrange to interview applicants if there’s a match. Note that he specializes more in the placement of captains, so stew jobs may not be as plentiful.
